An efficient hiring process
We’ve introduced a significant feature for an efficient hiring process. Once a consultant signs a contract for a job, they’re automatically removed from all other ongoing interviews for shortlisted positions. This gives you an edge in hiring since the consultant isn’t visible to any other client until the contract is canceled by either party. If a consultant decides to withdraw from the contract, the client is compensated with the deposit automatically, ensuring a risk-free hiring process.
