Financial Regulators

The Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) is responsible for the regulation and supervision of the country’s financial sector. There are also several other financial regulators in the country, such as the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).The primary financial regulator in the Netherlands is the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).

Small Claims Procedure

Small claims can be filed in the cantonal court or the district court, depending on the amount being claimed. The maximum amount that can be claimed in the cantonal court is €25,000, while the district court can handle claims up to €100,000.
