Small Claims Procedure

Small claims procedure is governed by the Code of Civil Procedure. A small claim is a claim for a sum of money not exceeding PLN 20,000 (approx. USD 5,000). The claim can be filed at the competent district court or online. The procedure is generally simplified and faster than regular civil proceedings.
