Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Training: Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Set performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
